Census of Algerian Competencies abroad

Questionnaire for data collection aimed at identifying and cataloging Algerian researchers, academics, and experts working outside Algeria.

It  collects information about their academic background, field of specialization, affiliated institutions and their potential interest in collaborations with Algerian institutions.
